How Should You Respond to a Lowball Offer on Your Home?
Do not reject a lowball offer outright — every offer is an opening to negotiate. Strategy: do not counter at full price, counter at a number you would actually accept, include terms that matter to you, and respond quickly. A lowball offer from a motivated buyer is better than no offer at all. Let your agent guide the counter strategy.
